Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and a18k ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the a18k online casino and sports betting platform, available at https://a18k.vip (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who interacts with any part of the Platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or simply browsing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

a18k reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" notice on this page. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically, particularly before making deposits or placing bets.

What These Terms Cover

Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the a18k Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing wagers on the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are unsure whether gambling is legal in your jurisdiction, you assume full responsibility for clarifying this prior to registration.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Any false information, including misrepresentation of age or identity, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. Operating multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

Once your account is created and verified, you assume full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. The following rules govern account use:

Deposits & Withdrawals

a18k supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved payment partners. The following policies govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change with prior notice.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Any funds identified as third-party deposits may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and absence of pending bonus wagering requirements.
• a18k does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank) may apply their own fees at their discretion.
• a18k reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending additional verification if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

a18k offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements (rollover) that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are credited to specific games. Winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Welcome bonus offers are available exclusively to first-time depositors. Only one welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, payment method, or individual is permitted.
• a18k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will continue to be bound by the original terms of that specific promotion.

Seasonal promotions may be offered during events such as the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other significant dates on the Bangladeshi calendar. These promotions are subject to separate terms and time-limited availability.

Prohibited Activities

Users of the a18k Platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, scrape data, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of games, including manipulating bet patterns to exploit platform-side vulnerabilities.
• Using the Platform for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime under Bangladeshi law or international convention.
• Attempting to access another user's account, intercepting another user's data transmissions, or exploiting any technical bug or loophole in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise communicating any content on or through the Platform that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

a18k employs advanced fraud detection systems operating around the clock. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited activities will be suspended immediately, all pending and available balances will be frozen pending investigation, and any confirmed violations will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability

All content on the a18k Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, design elements, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of a18k or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any portion of the Platform without prior written consent from a18k. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a18k, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, and technical malfunctions, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if a18k has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to cease using it.

Governing Law & Amendments

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from them or your use of the a18k Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which a18k operates. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts for resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled amicably between the parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of a18k to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and a18k with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
